Terrible service doesn't describe it. I had brought one woman who worked there a dress jacket for an army service uniform to be altered and cleaned. She took down my info and returned a week later, this time dealing with a different woman. The woman told me that my information wasn't in the system and couldn't even go out of her way to look for what I knew was there among their orders. Albeit I had lost the receipt I was given in the first place to better prove my case, but it's the lack of upkeep and ultimately the employees responsibility once you give them are a garment. Eventually the issue was resolved only to run into a subsequent issue of their machine not being able to read my debit card. Nothing was wrong with my card, as I used it several other times throughout the day without fail. This forced me to drive up the street to the nearest ATM and pay with cash. Ridiculous and uncalled for. It boils down to pure unprofessionalism.

Went there for the first time. i picked up my shirts and was told two got sent back to be cleaned again. They took down my number twice. once in the computer and once on a piece of paper, and said they would call me when they came back. Never got a call and will never go back again. Also I had nice wooden hangers that came with my husbands suits. They took them and gave me the cheap wire ones.
