Finally got to try Uncle Shawarma's Food Truck as my wife picked up take-out today, man oh man, that's good stuff. I miss the days nearly ten years ago when working in Cambridge, there were many eateries in the local area, Belmont, Watertown, etc, where the Armenians and Greeks and others cooked up these delights. Brought it all back today and I only have to drive ten minutes!!! It's a keeper. Hope they also establish a restaurant, it will be a hit.
